Refund policy

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, with no reason to give and no penalty. To exercise this right, email us at dunkprojector@outlook.fr before the 14 days are up, stating your order number.

Sending the item back

Once you have told us you are withdrawing, you have 14 days to send the item back. Return postage is at your expense. We recommend a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.

The projector must come back complete — power supply, stand, accessories and packaging — and in a condition that allows it to be resold. You may unpack and test it as you would in a shop; if you have handled it beyond what is needed to establish its nature and function, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of receiving proof that you sent it back, whichever comes first. The refund covers the price of the product and the standard outbound delivery cost, and is made to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

This is different, and it is on us. If your projector arrives damaged, incomplete or does not work, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return cost. You do not pay anything.

Two-year legal guarantee

Independently of the above, every order is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and by the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 of the Civil Code). If a defect not caused by misuse appears within that period, you are entitled to repair, replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
